Music

People Is Afraid · Eloviivat

Engineered

This is one of my first studio works, for which I worked as an assistant taking care of cable management, microphone placement, line-check, coffee, etc. I really enjoyed it. I learnt a lot and met truly cool people!

Dirty Wombs · Opposite Flow

Engineered, Mixed

This was one of the greatest journeys and probably the longest studio session I’ve had so far. I am very proud of this album, initially engineered by me and later remixed for a limited edition release exclusively in Japan.

Kafka · Kafka

Engineered, Mixed

What began as a demo recording quickly evolved into a full LP that truly rocks! Recorded in a basement, relying solely on headphones for monitoring (!!!). We then crafted bass lines that growl, toped with multiple guitar layers, and plunged vocals into the abyss. This project stands out as one of my favorite recordings to date.

Materia Muerta · Demo

Engineered, Mixed

So much to say about this project, and hard to fit it into a few words. I’ll reflect on it soon, but for now, this is proof that if people want to make music, they should make music. Theory knowledge or instrument skills shouldn’t hold you back. Find people, create, and make it happen. Don’t be fooled by the ‘Demo’ title, there’s doomed love into this!

Echidna · Echidna

Engineered, Mixed

Recorded with some of my favorite people. Then COVID hit. Somewhere between denial and despair, I made a few attempts at mixing it. And here you have it: pure hardcore punk!

Witches On Beaches · Witches On Beaches

Engineered, Mixed

Cool name? Yep!
Cool band? Yep!
Music? Grrrl dream punk for your beautiful ears! Recordings took place in several locations, almost like we were on tour.

Sneaky Mustard · Sneaky Mustard

Engineered

Recorded during the hot summer days. We didn’t consume any mustard, but there were lots of beers! Good musicians and hilarious people. Go check them out!

Comatose Psychosis · Comatose Psychosis

Engineered (vocals)

This is not for everyone, but it has its own footprint. I engineered the vocals and added a touch to the vocal production. And no, it does not have only brutal-like vocals! We spent a week creating vocal layers, fine tuning vocal takes, and trying different microphones and vocal techniques. The result is well deserved!

Nevency · Requiem

Engineered

Why use a tone generator to test the new patchbay when you can have a real band? These awesome guys came to the rescue and we spent the day recording a couple of songs. Listen to the first one! The drummer can tune his drums and they were prepared for a live recording, f***** luxury.

Belgian Princess · 1/3

Engineered (drums)

I had the pleasure of providing technical assistance and recording the drums for Belgian Princess’s debut EP. Embracing a traditional approach, we recorded the drums without a click track, allowing for a natural feel.

Low Ceiling · Mode

Engineered, Mixed

Three cool dudes producing cool post-punk/indie tones from a “low ceiling” basement. The larger part of the album was recorded live in 2 days. Mixed remotely, which means that we didn’t make it to celebrate the final mix day. Enjoy!

Αντίστροφη Μέτρηση · Στο διάβα του χρόνου…

Engineered, Mixed

If there’s any album that has literally made me sweat, it’s this one. The band is part of Greece’s self-organized, anti-commercial D.I.Y. music scene. Recorded in their rehearsal space—a dark basement next to a wine cellar—during a scorching summer. The title translates to “As Time Goes By…”. Ready to dive into some raw, political Greek punk?

Ambrotos · ἄμβροτος

Engineered (vocals)

Traditional black metal! If you’re a fan, this is right up your alley. After structuring the vocals over a couple of hours, we recorded them, resulting in a blend of brutal and melodic tones that craft a great atmosphere!

Sazman Orkestar · Magdaleno Muri

Engineered, Mixed

Here’s something different! I was the live sound engineer for the band, a large ensemble of 8 talented musicians. The recording was done live in the same room, in two segments: the intro first, then the remainder of the song. Ugly fact: the DAW computer crashed while doing mix revisions.

Ove Vai? Conte Nano, Ove vai?

Engineered, Mixed

Music composed for the theatrical play “Ove Vai Conte Nano? Ove vai?”. Recorded live in the studio, mixed in real time, just like the good old days. A relaxed session with kind people.

43 pages · Alexandros Panitsas

Post-Production

This is not a single or EP! Actually, it’s not a music project but a short film. Nominated for a film competition centered around the theme of “Violence in Sports” at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, following the tragic incident of a young man’s murder by football ultras. Forty three is the minimum number of pages, which cannot be penetrated by a sharp object.
